I have been cooking for over 10 years, and in that time, I have developed extensive executive, financial, project management & administrative skills in addition to my culinary talent. My specialty is getting new concepts open & operational. I am organized, fiercely passionate about restaurants, and I know how to get things done. I am great with people, keep up with food trends and I can be a motivating leader. I only take one restaurant startup at a time, so if you choose to work with me, know that you and your concept will be my foremost focus!
